Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.

  1. RETURNS
    All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  1. RETURN PROCESS
    To return an item, please email customer service at kornal@jakprosolutions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  1. Order Cancellation 

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting komal@jakprosolutions.com.
    Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed for defective or damaged products.
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 - 15 business days.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are accepted for defective items only.
  • Requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
