Returns
- Eligibility: All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
Steps to Follow:
- Initiate a Return/Replacement Request:
- If you have received an incorrect or expired product, please raise a return or replacement request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
- For damaged or missing products, initiate the request within two (2) days from the date of delivery.
- Submit your request with order and contact details to contact@jakprosolutions.com.
- Review Period:
- Allow us two (2) working days to assess your return request.
- Product Collection:
- Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the product(s) from you.
- If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
- Verification and Resolution:
- Once we receive the product(s), we will verify them against your claim and proceed with a replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Expired product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered (e.g., physical damage, tampered product, or packaging).
- Incomplete order (missing products).
